- 1,000 combined new followers to HR Heretics and Run the Numbers (subscribers to both newsletters + new subscribers to both YouTube channels) within 90 days of launch.
- 1,000 combined additional podcast downloads over baseline of HR Heretics and Run the Numbers within 90 days after launch.
- Created a repeatable playbook for creating new Turpentine lists.
